Self-Assessment

The C³ Leadership Calibration™ Self-Assessment is a proprietary diagnostic designed to help leaders sharpen clarity, strengthen confidence, and build credibility—especially at moments that matter most.


Rather than measuring personality or leadership style, this assessment identifies where leadership influence may be misaligned, underutilized, or unclear in real-world contexts. The Self-Assessment answers who am I as a leader.


Instructions

  • Complete this assessment based on your current leadership reality, not your ideal state.

  • Answer honestly and intuitively.

  • There are no right or wrong answers—only signals for calibration.


This assessment is most effective when completed:

  • Before beginning coaching

  • During a leadership transition or inflection point

  • When expectations, scope, or influence are shifting


Your responses will be used to:

  • Identify leadership strengths and friction points

  • Focus coaching conversations for maximum leverage

  • Track recalibration and growth over time

You may revisit this assessment at the close of an engagement to reflect on progress.
